About Wesley Family Medicine
Wesley Family Medicine is a residency program in partnership with The University of Kansas School of Medicine–Wichita. This residency program provides training for physicians by offering comprehensive family health care with the oversight of highly trained physician faculty members. Each patient at Wesley Family Medicine has two physicians – a resident and a physician faculty member – who are working closely together to make sure each patient lives the healthy life they desire.

Our family medicine physicians are inspired to provide quality family healthcare to the Wichita community by offering a wide range of services, including:

- Care and casting of minor fractures

Your first visit
Once you have scheduled your appointment, we look forward to seeing you in our office. To help you prepare, please bring the following:
- Photo identification, insurance card and payment
- Any prescribed medication, in original containers (include over-the-counter, herbal therapies and vitamins), or a detailed list
- Any records or logs of self-care health management (for example, blood pressure or blood sugar management)
- List of your health questions
- List of other providers you have visited (include their names, addresses, phone numbers and reason you visited them)
- Any forms for the doctor to fill out
